Server issues affecting a portion of active assessment sessions

Around 6:35 AM PT we became aware of an issue affecting our proctoring servers which prevented candidates from completing proctored assessments. The issue was fully resolved by 7:10 AM. We are working with affected candidates and customers to provide retakes where necessary.

This issue only affected proctored assessments during this time window, and all platform functions are now working normally after the issue was resolved.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this outage.
